Order Processing

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

Product Availability

Milliotone works to maintain a healthy inventory of all colors and finishes. However, stock levels may vary depending on demand and production cycles.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, our team will contact you regarding restock timing or available alternatives.
Customers may contact us at inquiry@milliotone.com for current stock availability.

Warehouse Fulfillment

Most orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse located in Ontario, California. If a product is temporarily unavailable at our U.S. warehouse, orders may be fulfilled from our China-based warehouse to avoid extended delays.

Orders shipped from our China warehouse may require additional international shipping costs.
This cost reflects international air freight rates and applicable import tariffs required to deliver the product to the United States.
The shipping amount shown during checkout already includes these additional logistics and tariff-related charges.

Customers who prefer to avoid international shipping charges may request a pre-order for U.S. warehouse fulfillment. Pre-orders will ship once inventory becomes available at our U.S. facility and may require a longer waiting time.

Batch & Color Variations

Due to the pigment manufacturing process, vinyl films may experience slight tonal variations between production batches or lots.

For best results, customers should order all required material for a project at the same time.
We recommend recording the batch or lot number for future reference.
Exact color matching between different batches cannot be guaranteed.

Installation Responsibility

Professional installation is strongly recommended.
The installer is responsible for inspecting the material before installation.
Materials that have been installed, cut, or altered are considered accepted and are not eligible for return.

Return Policy Agreement

By placing an order on our website, customers acknowledge and agree to our Return Policy.
